Welcome! Harvest Cafe is always a busy place. Stop by and check out the fun:  

Harvest will be closed for the Fourth of July due to the mass exodus from Hudson every year duirng the first week of July.  We will also be closed Sunday through Wednesday and re-open Thursday, at 8am, July 9th, with breakfast, lunch, dinner and live music.    

• Our First Event with a DJ is this Friday, July 3rd beginning at 8pm.  We changed our dinner menu around for the 4th and have a BBQ theme.  Our pal and DJ Bob is hosting our "Back to the Eighties" Night.  Narragansett Beer is coming with giveaways and prizes.
• We are proud to offer a 10% Senior Citizen Discount ALL DAY on Wednesdays and Thursdays. (the best offer prevails and may not be combined)
• This week we rolled out our Early Bird Specials, 4-6pm (click on our dinner menu and look for the *), Our "Cafe after dark" menu features sandwiches and menu items served daily 3pm-10pm.  We are continuing to make Sangria by the glass as ordered or now "by the pitcher".  We are working on a new catering menu with price packages, support downtown hudson discounts, a new cocktail menu for the summer.  
• The Reader's choice awards will be out soon.  We thank you all for voting. You voted for us in NINE Categories:  Regional Silver in Lunch, Regional Bronze in Catering and Bagels,   Number ONE in Hudson for Bagels, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Caterer and Coffee.  We even got honorable mentions in Fine Dining, Italian Dining and our Bar. Harvest Cafe is feeling like the "best kept secret in Hudson" Please help us spread the word..
• Last month we rolled out our new Harvest Veggie Burger.  We make from scratch in our kitchen.  We tested it to rave reviews and are serving them left and right.  When ever you order our burger of the week, you will have the choice of hand packed beef or veggie. 
• Last Month, June 21st- Harvest Cafe Father's Day Buffet Brunch was enjoyed by many.  All kinds of spring goodies made for a table full of fun! We had Dads, grandfathers, sons, brothers and best friends along witha variety of families.  When should we do this again? Great food in a great atmosphere...and no dishes! $13.95 for adults; $6.95 for kids 10 and under.  9am until 2pm, reservations are recommended.   
• Our Wednesday's Open Mike (6/17) started at 6pm and featured poetry from our local middle school students from JFK School.  15 Students read their poems and many had dinner, appetizers and beverages of all sorts.   We hope to host other students (in smaller groups) for similar presentations in the future.  This time around the kids were more confident, had more fun and the audience was able to really enjoy the whole experience.  We look forward to the fall...
• Pippa  is working on our Wine club menu and wines for this month.  Thursday, July 23rd, we will be featuring 3 tapas style plates with wines in our lounge for 25 people.  Reserve now.  We are in the process of choosing which wines to feature then you can go check them out as they will all be marked at Bacons.  Check out other Wine Events sponsored by Bacon's Spirits.
• Our Italian "Passeggiata", or walkaround on April 23 featured 20+ Italian wines and foods.  We raised $300 for the Hudson food pantry and gathered a few bags of food as well. We plan another walk around wine event for the fall. Thanks for your donations and participation.  This event was featured in the Community Advocate: Bacon's and Harvest.
• We are working on our first game nights in July, check the calendar and newsletters for which Thursdays.  The first one is July 2nd!
• We hope to have something for everyone.  We have a few new ideas that we are working on.  Game night?  Workshops? Movie night with dinner? Comfort food buffet?  Let us know what you like to do!

ONGOING: 

Each Month we have a standing date for various groups and gatherings.  These nights are usually at 7pm in the lounge and there is an associated newsletter for each of the following groups:  Book Club, Wine Night, Knitting Night, Songwriters workshop and then occasionally a special interest evening.  Check out the Event page and calendar for more details.  Sign up for our Email newsletter and select what interests you.

Open Mike on Wednesdays, hosted by Steve Howard.  Sign up at 7:30pm and play between 8-10pm.  Live Music scheduled Thursday  through Saturdays, 8pm-10pm and some Sunday Brunches in our dining room.  Details in our calendar on the events page.
